General Considerations

  • Accessibility

    - The apartment is located on a 5th floor with elevator.
    - Climbing a couple of steps at the entrance is required.

  • Children, Pets & Extra beds

    - Children of all ages are welcome.
    - No extra beds available.
    - No pets allowed in the property.

  • Bed sheets and towels

    - Our bed sheets, towels and bathrobes are made of 100% hypoallergenic cotton.
    - We care for the environment. Please help us reduce the ammount of energy and water that we use.
    - We’ll change bedsheets, towels and bath robes free of charge every 4 nights during your stay. If you want them to be changed earlier, we’ll charge $10 USD for bed sheets and $10 USD for the towels and bath robes.

    CHECK-IN
    - Being a B&B we don't have a front desk, so please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
    - Check-in starts at 15:00. If the room is available earlier, we'll gladly give it to you. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage with us so you can enjoy the city.
    - If early check-in is a must, please include the previous night in your booking.

    CHECK-OUT
    - Check-out is up until 12:00

    LUGGAGE STORAGE
    - Luggage storage is available and works by appointment. Please contact our staff during your stay to program it.

  • Billing and cancellation policies

    - All bookings are billed for a 100% of the cost at the moment they're placed.
    - Our prices are in US dollars.
    - The charge to your card will be made in Mexican pesos, taking the official exchange rate of the Bank of Mexico.
    - You can book under any of the following cancellation policies:

    FLEXIBLE
    - You can cancel or shorten your booking free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
    - You'll be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
    - If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
    - If you cancel/shorten your reservation, please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 days to process.

    NON REFUNDABLE
    - If canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

  • House Rules

    - Smoking and drug use are not permitted anywhere in the building.
    - No parties, events or film shootings allowed.
    - Please try to moderate your noise.
    - Please turn off all the lights, TVs and electronics while you’re away.
    - Please be courteous with your fellow guests. If you have any altercation, please let us know ASAP!
    - You’re responsible for your keys. Losing them will force us to replace the custom keychain. Replacement fee costs $40 usd.
    - Any damage to the furniture, the property or someone else’s property will have to be covered in full to the extent of the damaged party’s satisfaction.
    - We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, fires, lost or stolen items.
    - All amenities are subject to availability and subject to change without previous notice.
    - We reserve the right to deny access and terminate without reimbursement any stay due to misconduct by guests.
